- Licenciatura em Engenharia Electrotécnica;
- Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos de experiência em funções de Direcção de Obra, Projecto e/ou Fiscalização, considerando-se condição preferencial a experiência em obras de retail, office e design & build;
- Conhecimentos de Mecânica (AVAC) é preferencial
- Domínio de Ferramentas informáticas (Office, AutoCad, Project) e bons conhecimentos de inglês;
- Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal, orientação para o cliente, polivalência e flexibilidade para adaptação a diferentes contextos e interlocutores;
- Proatividade;
- Capacidade de negociação e orientação para resultados;
- Capacidade para reorientar todo um projecto de electrico, com vista a otimização de custos e prazos de execução
- Disponibilidade para deslocações dentro do país;
**O projecto terá como principais objectivos**:
Gerir todas as etapas do projecto desde apoio na fase orçamento, apoio na fase de projecto (seja design & build ou apenas projecto), garantindo a articulação com todos as partes intervenientes (projectistas e empreiteiros), apoio na execução de obra;
Definir, escolher e negociar com fornecedores e prestadores de serviço, de acordo com as especificidades de cada projeto;
Desenvolver pequenos projectos da especialidade;
