**YOUR ROLE**:
**The**Quality Service Manager**is a strategic professional responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of mobile network services, maintaining and exceeding quality standards. This role acts as a bridge between technical, operational, and customer-facing teams, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Define and enforce service quality standards and SLAs.**:

- **Lead initiatives to improve Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) for end users.**:

- **Collaborate with customer support teams to address service-related complaints.**:

- **Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Prepare regular reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement actions for internal stakeholders and senior management.**:

- **Maintain documentation of quality processes, procedures, and audit results.**:

- **Lead or participate in quality improvement programs using methodologies like ITIL.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Previous experience in telecom operators or mobile technology vendors.**:

- **Participation in network optimization and customer experience enhancement projects.**:

- **Ability to define and monitor SLAs and OLAs with partners and vendors.**:

- **Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with internal and external stakeholders.**:

- **Results-driven and continuous improvement-oriented, with experience in methodologies like ITIL or similar.**
