We are currently developing a recruitment process for an Architect and Team Leader D365 to integrate a leading global supplier in sourcing, inventory management, logistics, distribution, sustainable development, and fund management.
Our client has customized the Microsoft D365 platform to reflect their approach for global supply chain management and in-country logistics. They are now looking for an enterprise supply chain Architect and Team Lead to manage their future end-to-end technology investments. This person will be responsible for strategic and technical product development, optimizing their use of enterprise solutions to achieve strategic goals.

This is a unique challenge for an experienced D365 expert looking to channel their knowledge into a humanitarian start-up.

**In this role, you will be**: Developing and maintaining the short
- and long-term technology roadmaps; Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architectures, leveraging Microsoft D365, the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and similar technologies to the maximum extent possible; Lead design and architecture discussions for IT platforms; Direct the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, etc. Provide technical leadership and guidance to staff engineers and the technical team.
Mentor select staff to grow into a supporting role in system design and architecture.

**We seek contact with professionals with**: Minimum of 10+ experience in software engineering & technology; Extensive, demonstrable experience of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution; 5+ years of experience in designing and building supply chain solutions and package software implementations; 4 + years of experience with software architecture and engineering; Extensive experience in system design around all core D365 F&O modules such as; Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Trade and Logistics.

Additionally, there has to be a willingness to travel and work abroad and this position can be performed in a hybrid regime. Fluency in English is mandatory.
