This job supports a **top company in the entertainment industry that creates exciting content for film, TV, and digital platforms.** With a mix of different styles and genres, the content connects with all kinds of audiences.

**Your responsabilities**

  • Assist **Italian Speaking** Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
  • **Provide accurate and real-time responses** to the customers inquiries.
  • **Keep records** of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Our expectations

  • You speak **Italian** in proficiency (min C1)
  • **Intermediate English level**(at least B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
  • An ability to work in shifts

**Main duties**

- Possible start on **31.07**

  • Working schedule**:Monday to Sunday** (07:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,2 rotational days off
  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • **Fully remote work from anywhere in Portugal** (_except islands)_
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
  • 100 % paid training is provided at the beginning of the work

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**
