About the role:
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the food supplements sector

Assist in formulation and creation of new supplement products, considering ingredients, nutrition, safety, and compliance

Participate in innovation projects to improve existing products or develop novel delivery methods

Propose creative ideas to enhance the product portfolio and address consumer needs

Support product testing, sensory evaluations, and quality control to ensure standards are met

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to comply with regulations and safety guidelines

Maintain accurate records of formulation, testing, and project progress for regulatory purposes

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related

Familiarity with product development, ingredient sourcing, and laboratory techniques

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
