**People Excellence Specialist - Estágio Profissional**

**Missão**

Cumprindo com o propósito de fazer da Galp a melhor empresa para trabalhar, a nossa missão enquanto People & Spaces Team é reenergisar as nossas pessoas, criando as oportunidades certas para potenciar a individualidade e garantir a concretização máxima do potencial. Com base nesta ambição, a área de Strategy & Ops Excellence tem como foco dar resposta a 3 pilares: Audit, Controlling e Strategy.

**Responsabilidades**
- Identificação e monitorização dos riscos de People e implementação de planos de ação e controlo capazes de dar resposta aos riscos identificados (Audit);
- Definição e acompanhamento do budget, análise de desvios, e acompanhamento de KPIs (Controlling);
- Acompanhamento das tendências do mercado de RH, definição de guidelines de Strategic Planning; acompanhamento da agenda de Comissão Executiva e suporte à criação dos materiais; definição e implementação de roadmap de eventos externos de P&S (Strategy);
- Acompanhamento das auditorias internas e externas;
- Monitorização de não conformidades;
- Acompanhamento dos custos, orçamento, análise de desvios e reporting;
- Conexão de oportunidades estratégicas - “One change Plan”.

**Pretendemos**
- Formação superior em Gestão Industrial, Psicologia, Engenharia, Recursos Humanos ou similar;
- Conhecimento SAP RH (preferencial);
- Conhecimento de Monday e Miro;
- Domínio das ferramentas de MS Office (PPT, Excel);
- Conhecimento de Canva;
- Dinamismo, iniciativa e espírito de equipa;
- Orientação para resultados;
- Boa capacidade analítica e sentido crítico;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal.
