**Welcome to the Team**

The **GSS Accounting to Reporting Global Process Owner (GPO) Senior Specialist **will report to the AtR GPO Lead and will work collaboratively with a team of around 50 professional AtR process colleagues in the Center responsible for delivery. Organon´s AtR process areas are General Ledger, Cash & Investments, Fixed Assets and Intercompany Accounting. The GPO Senior Specialist along with the GPO Lead own and are responsible for the complete end-to-end AtR process in Organon across all regions.

Organon was established as an independent company in June of 2021 and Organon GSS is now in the process of standing up our Global Service Center.

The AtR GPO Senior Specialist will be a key contributor in standing up AtR Operations in the Center. They will help to build a strong governance and relationships and establish stable, effective, standardized and controlled AtR Process delivery to our GSS clients.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The AtR GPO Senior Specialist will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the future state of Organon AtR processes. The AtR GPO Senior Specialist will identify issues and risks to the process, suggest mitigation strategies, and drive technology solutions to enhance the process. The position will also support the design and build of technology-driven solutions to support AtR processes.
- The AtR GPO Senior Specialist will be a key contributor in standing up of the AtR Operations in the new Global Service Center. They will help to build a strong governance and establish stable, effective, standardized, and controlled AtR Process delivery.
- Organon is implementing its Global ERP SAP S/4 Hana platform and the AtR GPO Senior Specialist will assume a pivotal role in supporting this implementation.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to AtR.
- Up to 3 years’ experience in AtR processes.
- Fluency in English and valued other European Language in addition to Portuguese.
- Experience working on regional or global teams
- Good project management skills including ability to coordinate and implement complex cross-functional activities.
- Experience with continuous process improvement projects leading to significant time or bottom-line savings.
- Pays attention to details, produces accurate deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines.
