**The position**

The AtR Specialist will be a key contributor in standing up AtR Operations in the Center, helping to build a strong governance, relationships, establishing stable, effective, standardized and controlled AtR Process delivery to our GSS clients. Concurrently, Organon is implementing its Global ERP SAP S/4 Hana platform and the GSS Service Center AtR team will assume a core role in supporting this implementation.

The AtR Specialist will work with a team of around 40 professional AtR colleagues in the Center delivering and managing end to end AtR processes related to global Intercompany relations, ensuring on a timely basis billing and invoicing processing between group entities.

**Responsibilities**:
AtR Process delivery in the Intercompany Center of Excellence:

- Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
- Maintain professional and detailed process documentation such as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructions in coordination with the AtR Intercompany Global Process Owner.
- Perform period end activities:

- Prepares, enters and cancels intercompany invoices as required (SAP SD module - Billing);
- Research Billing discrepancies to solve issues;
- Perform quality checks to verify if billing data is correct;
- Assists with Internal and External Audit inquires;
- Preparation, creation and approval of Journal Entries;
- Strong knowledge in Intercompany reconciliation;
- Intercompany payments.
- Participates in internal and external audit and special projects.

**Required education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to Finance.
- 2 or 3 years of work experience in Finance Area more focus on month end close (MEC);
- Experience using SAP R/3 is mandatory.
- Strong math, query, analytical and MS Office.
- Open to learn new skills.
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills.
- Team player spirit.
- English is mandatory.
- Proactiveness and quickly errors resolution.

**Preferred education, experience and skills**
- Global shared services Knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in F&A (finance and accounting) shared services center environments preferred.
