As a **French** **& English**Customer Advisor, you will assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their experience with the platform.

**As a Spanish Customer Advisor you will**:

- Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the platform.
- Verifying account information and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
- **Handling support in both French and English.**

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **900€ gross x 14 months (1050€ gross x12 months**)-basic salary
- **100€**gross/month - fixed project bonus
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day**(approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- **Night shift allowance** (if applicable)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
