Born Social is a global social media agency that brings social-first thinking to the brands of tomorrow.

For the last 10 years, we’ve helped brands navigate and harness the chaos of social bringing method to the madness. From household names like Guinness, Dettol, and Marks & Spencer to the next generation of big brands like Nando's, Fever-Tree, and Mission Tea.

We're an ambitious team of almost 80 people and not stopping there. We've just won an exciting new account with Uber across EMEA and are looking for a **Lisbon-based Creative** to join the team.

You'll bring the Portuguese market strategy to life for this client by producing effective and entertaining social-first content routed in local market knowledge and tailored to the Portuguese language and culture. Working closely with a regional Social Media Manager and EMEA Creative Lead to create a monthly content plan and execute local activations.

The role will be hybrid-remote, you'll need to live in a commutable distance to central Lisbon so you can spend 2-3 days a week with the client at their amazing office.

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Ideation & Collaboration. **You will be collaborating closely with the regional Social Media Manager to generate best-in-class social-first ideas for our client, both planned and reactive. You will also be contributing to monthly planning sessions with the core EMEA Creative Strategists and Strategists on the account.
- **Graphic & Motion Design**:You will building a variety of thumb-stopping assets that bring together social best practice and core elements of the client’s brand identity.
- **Editing & Advising**:You will be working with local freelancers who will be shooting original footage, advising and influencing their vision as well as editing raw photos and videos.
- **Copy**: You will be working with your Social Media Manager to write copy for assets and posts.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You're a Portuguese (and English) speaker with brilliant knowledge of the Portuguese culture, trends, and how to entertain an audience on social
- You're an Adobe Suite whizz kid, especially on After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- You can write compelling, unique social copy for a range of different audiences
- You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
- You're a team player who is supportive and capable of bringing the best out of those around you
- You're confident, vocal and professional and comfortable pitching ideas/presenting in front of clients
- You'll have two or more years agency or industry experience
