**Your Role as a Sales & Service Specialist**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across diverse European markets.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels.
- Transform customer challenges into moments of delight, ensuring continuous satisfaction.
- Serve as the go-to person for handling requests, tickets, and orders.
- Maintain a respectful and solution-oriented approach in all communications.
**What We Expect From You**:

- Boast over 1 year of customer service experience.
**- Fluent in either Italian, German (Deutsch), Dutch (Nederlands), Danish (Dansk), OR Swedish.**
- Have a B2 level of English proficiency to ensure seamless communication.
