Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information, stories, and updates to communicate across the EHS organization.
- Maintain consistency and quality in messaging while adapting communication style for different audiences and platforms.
- Manage the EHS Teams intranet platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and serves as an effective communication hub.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements.
- Support change management efforts by crafting communication plans for organizational changes, initiatives, and events.
- Assist in organizing and promoting internal events, workshops, and town hall meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications to continually improve strategies.
**What your background should look like**:
- At least 3-5 years of relatable experience in communications, Public Relations or Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including SharePoint, MS Office, intranet software, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to internal communication strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in with matrixed organizations and a background in communication principles during periods of change is a plus.
