Profile description: We are looking for amotivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the followingrequirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering / Management, or a related field; Minimum 6 years' experience as a Project Manager in the automotive / aerospace sector, managing complex projects; Experience working in Tier 1's; Demonstrated expertise in managing customer requirements, internal requirements, design in accordance with requirements, management and industrialization of tools, and assembly lines, product validation and customer approval; Experience with project planning, program, budget management, cost control, and resource allocation; Experience with LEANPD, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies; Demonstrated ability to evaluate projects, programs, and business cases; Fluency in English (oral and written); Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals; Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
