Brand and Communications Manager

As we continue to expand our brand's impact, we're looking for a creative and strategic Brand and Communications Manager to join our marketing team.

If you are a creative person, goal-oriented, with skills in branding, communication, and event organization, this may be the ideal job for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative advertising campaigns across various platforms (print and digital).
- Lead the creation of brands and branding materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop innovative ideas that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign development, from conceptualization to execution and analysis.
- Enhance brand authority and nurture leads through the selection, categorization, and distribution of valuable content, including blog posts, articles, and white papers.
- Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and graphic design, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
- Manage customer experience initiatives, improving journey mapping, user research, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain brand equity, ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence.
- Assist with event management, contributing to the planning and promotion of tradeshows and workshops organized by us (no need to travel).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in advertising, branding, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding projects, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in creative design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Creative copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives or points of view.
- Ability to translate business objectives into creative campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency (or willingness to learn) Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
