From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager, for a group of fashion and retail brands The role will be based in Porto district. Main Responsabilities of Senior Brand Manager: Define and implement the brand strategy for the short, medium, and long term. Translate the creative vision and brand identity into clear guidelines for communication, product, and customer experience. Manage the competitive positioning of the brand in the market (lpremium, fast fashion, sustainable, etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — physical stores, e-commerce, social media, packaging, campaigns, and visual merchandising. Partner with design, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure collections reflect the brand’s DNA and values. Contribute to collection planning, supporting decisions on product mix, pricing, and category positioning. Oversee naming, packaging, and storytelling for new launches. Lead the planning and execution of 360° communication campaigns (advertising, PR, digital, social media, influencers, events). Collaborate with e-commerce and retail marketing teams to integrate campaigns across physical and digital channels (omnichannel). Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, designers, or complementary brands. Work closely with retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a brand experience aligned with the brand’s DNA. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as awareness, traffic, conversion, average ticket, and sell-through rates. Evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing spend (budget management). Key Skills and Competencies: Strong aesthetic sense and fashion industry knowledge. Strategic vision and ability to drive brand differentiation. Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Project management skills in complex, fast-paced environments. Leadership, storytelling, and inspiring communication. Experience working in omnichannel environments (physical retail + digital).
