**Project Manager and Coordinator - Porto (d/f/m)**

At our Digital Hub in Portugal, we strive every day to enhance the success and efficiency of our global fashion brands Joop, windsor., and Strellson. To achieve these goals, we are currently seeking a Project Management and Coordinator as soon as possible. In close collaboration with the team in Switzerland and Portugal, you will be responsible for Project Management, tracking inbound and outbound traffic of goods. You will be in charge of receiving, documenting goods and fabric samples, as well as handling important customs documents. Creating reports is also part of your daily business.

Your tasks:

- Recording inbound and outbound traffic of goods
- Communication with suppliers
- Monitoring and adhering to timelines
- Creating customs documents
- Planning and scheduling logistics
- Creating relevant reports and tracking KPIs
- Reviewing and identifying process requirements/changes
- Responsibly handling tickets from internal and external inquiries

Required experience and skills:

- Successfully completed degree in business administration or similar, or a very successful completed commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, some professional experience
- Good written and spoken English skills
- IT skills, particularly MS Office Excel, and ideally SAP
- Affinity for numbers and conceptual thinking
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High reliability, resilience, and flexibility
