**Your Tasks**:

- Administrative support to the Construction Manager in ordering the required equipment for on-site logistics;
- Prepare Logistics and transport concept in coordination with the project team, the police and authorities (based on the template “Logistics and Installation Concept”);
- Process optimization of the entire logistics chain from production site to the site entrance and on the construction site;
- Central contact person for transport, customs handling, non-conformity material deliveries and crane provider (if not provided by installation subcontractor), as well as the production plants regarding the operational logistics processing;
- Control and monitoring of cargo handling services at sea and inland ports jointly with Site Procurement and Site Construction Manager team;
- Central contact for road clearance check and authorities for transportation allowance;
- Introduces Construction Manager and General Project Manager to the logistics provider;
- Support in clarifying who the central point of contact will be on the construction site and in the project for the logistics service provider during the phase of delivery to site and in emergency or breakdown situations;
- If the Logistics Coordinator is on the construction site, organizes the material flow on-site.

**Your Skills**:

- Degree in Engineering or similar;
- Professional transport experience, preferably with heavy loads;
- Knowledge of crane service;
- Fluent in English, Spanish as a plus;
- Autonomous, organized, flexible and proactive;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good self-management skills;
- Self-confident, highly proactive personality / team oriented;
- High level of flexibility and geographical mobility as well as willingness to go on international business trips and stay for longer periods abroad.
