What we offerDevelop your professional career working with one of the major brands in the fashion industryOpportunity to accelerate the pace of digitalization & eCommerce growth through advanced technology, business intelligence, and analytics Driving high-impact insights enhancing decision-making across the entire organizationDriving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiencesInteraction with senior business and eCommerce leaders on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful changeBecome part of a fast-growing international and diverse teamWhat you will doCoach up to two international teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvementFacilitate adoption of agile practices, processes, and tools suited to team and organizational contextCollaborate with leaders to create conditions for ownership and sustainable delivery of high-quality resultsPartner with Product Owners to manage complex work and stakeholder collaborationContribute to organizational change initiatives via the Agile CouncilLead team transformation processes and change management, guiding teams through uncertainty and high-pressure environments while establishing new structures and processesWhat you´ll bringDegree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar6+ years of experience coaching agile teamsProven ability to manage teams in uncertain times, balancing delivery pressure with structural improvementsStrong understanding of agile principles, practices, and toolsCommitment to continuous learning (courses, communities, podcasts, books)Familiarity with modern software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, automated testing)Skilled in conflict resolution, active listening, and motivational guidanceHands-on approach with practical improvement focusComfortable in a diverse, international environmentFluent in EnglishAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
