**Sales Manager (b2b)**

Waites is a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked, «Internet of Things» (IoT) sensors for industrial environments. Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower plants of all sizes to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment resulting in maximized uptime. Our system was designed to be a complete wireless sensor solution for plants and facilities. Our rapid-development engineering team is constantly adding sensors to our existing line of vibration, temperature, and ultrasonic sensors. We leverage our cutting-edge hardware and machine-learning experts with a world-class team of vibration and condition analysts to provide continuous predictive and preventative maintenance to facilities that do not have vibration personnel on staff.

Waites company has earned the trust of some of the world’s leading brands including Amazon, DHL, Tesla, Michelin, Pfizer, Nissan, Keurig Dr. Pepper, International Paper, and many others.

Waites company in strong expansion, one of the offices based in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a Sales Manager to create and manage the company's sales department, in its activities in the national and international markets.

**Requirements**:

- Work for results, openness, and willingness to learn;
- Willingness to travel;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related field;
- Fluent Portuguese, English is a must (level B1-B2), knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search for potential customers to fulfill the established plan and expand the customer base;
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients in the interests of the company;
- Form commercial offers and informs customers about all changes;
- Maintain working reporting documentation in accordance with the work regulations;
- Control the conclusion of contracts with customers and implement their information support at all stages of the sale;
- Development of a strategy to find new customers.
