**The Project**:
**This project is connected with a leading European mPOS (mobile point-of-sale) company.**
Their device allows small businesses to accept card payments anywhere using just their smartphone. This solution offers quick onboarding and transparent pricing.
Join our German Speaking remote team and revolutionize the payment industry

**As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will**:

- Assist small businessess with all questions and concerns regarding our product and service
- Actively optimize all customer-related processes to increase merchant satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

**Competitive salary and compensation system**:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** / it's 1283€ gross x 12 months
- **100€ gross /month x 12** - Project bonus **(permanent salary increase)**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. €145 net/month on a voucher card)
- **PLUS EXTRA PROJECT BONUS** - a total of €2000 gross (€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th, and 13th contract month)

**Average monthly earnings: 1295€ - 1545€ gross / month + 2 extra salaries/year**
