**Your Main Activities Are**
- Preparing Macro-economic trade ideas, Relative values ideas, Axe based ideas for clients. Ideas targeted for clients including Hedge funds, Real money among others
- In depth market analysis to find out dislocations in FX & Fixed income markets. Respond to client’s enquiries on markets
- Relative Value/Rich Cheap analysis for outright, switches and flies of bond, linkers, swaps, options (swaptions, cap & floor), FX options and other FX/Fixed income products
- Prepare pitch books of trade ideas and market analysis for client presentation and roadshows
- Provide insight on client flows
- Development of excel and python based analytical tools to find dislocations in the market, do scenario analysis, backtesting on trade ideas
- Work with our dev teams to host RV signals and ideas in Front Office tools globally
- Work with our AI Lab and dev teams to distribute curated trade ideas to Clients and Sales and Trading
- Work on various ad-hoc short term projects with Sales and trading teams

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Science, Maths or similar fields
- 1-3 yrs experience in Research / Trading / Sales in Finance field
- Knowledge of Interest rate products and/or FX
- Good in excel and Power Point but proficient in Python
- Python expertise and data analysis or data scientist expertise
- Vol / exotic derivatives market experience very valuable
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Curious, self-driven, able to take initiatives

**About the Team**
- The Global Macro Desk Analyst team is a critical part of the Global Macro Global business line (GBL). The Team is based in Lisbon and work alongside salespeople, traders, structurers and M360 colleagues across the globe. The team provides support through short term market analysis and production of trades ideas in Rates (DM and EM) & FX products across the whole vanilla to exotics spectrum. The team also develops pricers and monitors to price and follow the asset classes Fixed Income & FX.
