We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow **Talent Acquisition** to join our Recruitment Team in Porto - a hybrid model - where you can grow professionally and take your career to the next level.

**We count on you to**:

- partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
- create and maintain a Talent Pipeline
- give inputs and ideas to the team

**For that, you must**:

- be people-driven
- have experience recruiting IT profiles
- have experience with ATS (do you want to know what is ours?)
- face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
- develop your emotional intelligence
- orientation towards objectives and results
- ability to communicate in English
- willing to go to the office in Boavista
