**What’s the role about?**

The HR Services Senior Specialist will be responsible for complex HR administration and HR query support, training, and benefits administration. Supporting employees at all levels in the organization and providing HR advice across a broad range of business situations, finding prompt and efficient solutions to requests received via ticketing system.

**What you’ll do?**
- Support HR Services team with complex instances of new-hire administration, maintaining employee data throughout the employee life-cycle, administering organization changes including promotions, demotions, transfers, separation, retirement, and absences;
- Advise on complex HR Query resolution;
- Develop and deliver complex reporting on meeting Service level agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

**What are we looking for?**
- University or College degree
- At least 3 year of experience of operating at HR Services or HR Administrator role within an GBS or HR environment;
- Good analytical skills organizational and administrative skills;
- Good communication.
- Desirable: _
- Master in Human Resources Management;
- Experienced with Oracle HR and ticketing systems.

**Language skills**:

- Mandatory - English and Spanish
- Desirable - Swedish / Turkish / Slovenian / German /French
