**What are your main responsibilities?**
- ** planning and organization of internal and external meetings and events**

- ** **registration of employee’s trainings**:

- ** **purchase orders to suppliers and checking invoices**:

- ** **support teams in working travel topics** **(e.g. travel and hotel reservations)**:

- ** **support the local teams in other logistic topics**

**What do you need to qualify for this job?**
- Portuguese as mother tongue and proficiency in English
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, with strong customer focus, results & quality orientation
- Strong planning skills and coordination capabilities
- Social and cooperative skills
