Digital Creator

MRFG is a Belgian bridal fashion group specialising in the design and production of wedding dresses. We’re looking for a **passionate and driven in-house Digital Creator** to join our growing social media team, based in **Leiria, Portugal**.

**Your Role**:

- Create and schedule engaging, visually appealing content for social media platforms across our three brands (Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok).
- Develop creative ideas and transform them into high-quality visual and video content (social media content, newsletters, catalogues, ads, etc.), aligning with the company’s brand image and standards.
- Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions to bring fresh concepts to life.
- Conduct social media research to uncover trends, gather inspiration, and better understand audience preferences.
- Develop strategies to drive engagement, increase online traffic, and strengthen both organic and paid brand presence.
- Assist on website content updates and improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience in line with our branding.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A creative mindset with a strong drive to learn, grow, and take initiative.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar role (Content Creator, Social Media Designer, or Graphic Designer).
- Proven skills in editing videos, photos, and designing engaging social media content.
- Proficiency with tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), **Canva**, and other relevant platforms.
- Understanding of website design, content management systems, or updates.
- Knowledge of **analytics tools** (Google Analytics) to track performance and optimise strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and a hands-on creative approach.
- Proficiency in **English**.
- A keen **interest in fashion** and a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
