You'll play a crucial part in managing, training, and supporting our team of talented pastry chefs and bakers, ensuring that every confectionery delight meets the high standards of Vila Vita. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production for all our outlets and special events, continuously elevating our pastry offerings by incorporating the latest trends into our portfolio. **Responsibilities**:

- Cooperate in managing, training, and providing end-to-end support to the team of pastry chefs and bakers in accordance with Vila Vita standards;
- Ensure correct and effective production service for all sales points, as per production requests, as well as ensuring service for special events;
- Support the Pastry Chef in controlling all operational aspects of the Pastry Department;
- Participate and suggest new trends to enhance the Vila Vita portfolio in the realm of pastry;
- Act and work together on all Vila Vita gastronomic projects to ensure effectiveness in a uniquely developed gastronomy;
- Provide support in guest loyalty, maintaining brand standards, and offering service excellence throughout each guest experience.
