**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for ongoing club activities.
- Manage social media accounts, newsletters, website content, and marketing materials.
- Marketing material and content creation for social media, newsletters, website, app etc.
- Coordinate with Operations & Office Manager to ensure seamless event execution.
- Liaise with press, influencers, artists, galleries, and sponsors.
- Promote events online and offline, including invitations, ticketing, and member communications.
- Monitor marketing metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and optimizing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally in cultural, hospitality, or events sectors.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or German a plus.
- Creative skills for content creation (text and visual).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with social media management tools and basic design knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related study is highly appreciated
