**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **German-Speaking Customer Advisor for Hotel Reservations,** you will:

- Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat
- Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia
- Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests
- Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:

- Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
- Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
- Have availability to work night shifts
