We’re looking for **motivated German-speaking Sales Specialists** to join a dynamic multinational telecommunications project in Lisbon. Our client is one of the top mobile operators in Switzerland, known for innovation and excellence in mobile communications.

**Your Role**

As a **Sales Specialist**, you will:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and live chats
- Advise potential customers and close sales
- Activate new contracts and manage account changes
- Retain existing clients and promote loyalty
- Perform cross-selling and upselling of products
- Communicate with professionalism, positivity, and negotiation skills

**Working Conditions**
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00 (40h/week, rotating shifts)
- Paid vacation**:22 days per year**, according to Portuguese law
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you earn an **extra day off**:

- Weekend work includes a **25% shift allowance**:

- **Performance bonus** based on target achievement

**Your Profile**
- Native-level **German** (written and spoken)
- B2/C1 **English**:

- EU passport or valid **Portuguese residence permit**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using computers and CRM tools
- Flexible and available for rotating shifts
