**Role**: Senior Program/Project Manager.
**Location: Hybrid, Lisbon**.
**Required skills**:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager;
- Strong track record delivering complex digital and IT transformation programmes;
- Skilled in building and executing business cases to support strategic change;
- Solid experience in change management, navigating cultural and operational shifts;
- Effective leadership in cross-functional teams across business, IT, and digital areas;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
