**About the role**:

- In this role, you’ll handle everything from managing schedules and travel to coordinating communication and keeping key projects on track. You’ll be a trusted partner, working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and helping the day-to-day run smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and love being one step ahead, this could be the perfect fit._

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure the executive’s day runs smoothly
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports
- Support internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on key action items
- Keep track of deadlines, priorities, and ongoing projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Supporting with administrative tasks

- At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Impeccable organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with care
