Corporate Finance Analyst

We are looking to strengthen our M&A / Corporate Finance team with the addition of an Analyst:
**Main responsabilities**:

- Support in the analysis, negotiation, and structuring of financial advisory transactions;
- Prepare studies and client presentations, including company analysis and valuation, business plans, corporate-level strategic options, sector analyses, and market benchmarks;
- Participate in the origination and execution of M&A transactions;
- Advise clients on investment projects, privatizations, and concessions;
- Develop financial models for valuations, M&A, Project Finance, and related areas;
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new clients;
- Support the preparation of management reports.

**Desired Profile**:

- Degree in Management or Economics, with a completed post-Bologna Master’s degree (preferably in Finance);
- Up to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Investment Banking, Consulting, and/or Private Equity;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis of companies and investments;
- Experience in financial modeling;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Proactive and dynamic attitude;
- Availability to travel.
