EDP Inovação plays a key role in this positioning, identifying market trends, new technologies, innovative business models, testing ideas and solutions and scaling them across EDP Group’s value chain. We work in Startup Engagement team and our mission is to bring the innovation ecosystem (startups, academia, innovation hubs, think tanks) closer to EDP group. Your focus will be to select the best startups and manage their interaction with EDP business units globally.
- Owns responsibility for the development of innovation projects with startups;
- Oversees and manage project-related activities with startups including scope, budget, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders;
- Setup of cross-functional teams of business and technology experts;
- Sets up the Project KPIs and validates them at the project delivery;
- Scouts for new business opportunities in external ecosystem;
- Follow incremental innovation projects with business units;
- Fosters a collaborative culture.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree / Master in Engineering preferred. Degree / Master in Finance, Economics and/or Business acceptable if demonstrated deep knowledge in relevant technology
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with experienced background in Energy sector
- Solutions for the clients;
- Good understanding and problem anticipation on costumers’ solutions: distributed energy resources, storage solutions, smart mobility and costumer services
- Deep content/market/competitors knowledge and market awareness;
- Business acumen to drive the definition of successful innovation projects on B2B and B2C;
- Good stakeholder management (internal & external) w/i R&D & biz;
- Experience in project management, KPI measurement and reporting;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
