We are currently looking for **Service Delivery Manager**to join our team.

**Location**:Hybrid, Lisbon.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar areas;
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager;
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and Service Catalog;
- Experience managing/assuring deadlines and quality;
- Experience with KPI management/presentation;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
