We are looking for an Service & Delivery Manager Responsabilities: Project management, technical initiatives, and services (order ticketing): Lead IT projects and manage services using Jira and Easy Vista, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines and service levels (SLA). Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the Dev Ops/Platform Engineering team, ensuring that deliveries are made. Based on the above, the services to be contracted fall under the following. Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, using Jira, Easy Vista; Ability to lead and guide technical teams and solve complex problems efficiently. Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of technological solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets. Strong ability to analyze systems and processes, including the ability to identify problems and apply effective technological solutions. Experience with different areas of the business and understanding of how IT supports business processes. Professional with background and technical proficiency in leading IT projects and services. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. Certification requirements Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset. Fluent Portuguese and English; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business teams; Ability to motivate and lead teams collaboratively, managing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; Ability to work under pressure and proactively manage change and challenges; Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; Willingness to learn.
