**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- Manage Contingent Worker administration,
- Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor,
- Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors),
- Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices,
- Check and approve invoices from the agencies,
- Administrative interface with Internal Stakeholder (Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payables),
- Responsible for the Onboarding & Offboarding of the Contingent Workforce and Track work effectiveness on invoicing process,
- Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP,
- Storage of Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) documentation in contractor’s file and SAP,
- Organize, control, and generate reports on expenses versus available funds,
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

**Specific skills / expertise / product**:

- Experience in administrative work,
- Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory),
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory),
- Good English level,
- Be able to have the information organised and easily accessible,
- Critical analysis to identify and propose improvements.

- Good organisational skills, able to manage priorities,
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities,
- Proactivity will be a plus,
- Capacity to share complete and accurate information,
- High-level confidentiality.
