Customer Service Representative / Swedish Language / on-site

We are looking for dynamic and compassionate people, who are fluent or native in Swedish, to join our growing team and provide an amazing experience to all our customers If you are passionate about customer service, and are looking for a new challenge we would like to hear from you.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Ensure a positive experience throughout the customer’s journey
To be the point of contact before and after purchases (payment questions, modifying delivery dates, handling requests and complaints)
Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the brand

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Level C2 or native Swedish
English knowledge level C1 (to make sure you keep up with training and working communication)
