We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with proficiency in Spanish and a C1 level of English to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both Spanish and English.
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level or above).
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
