Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Spanish + C1 English) – Onsite in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with proficiency in Spanish and a C1 level of English to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both Spanish and English.

  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures to assist customers effectively.

  • Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level or above).

  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or above).

  • Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.

  • Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
