Global Quality Owner

**Your contribution to something big**:
- You contribute to improve the quality of our Electric Solutions portfolio with focus on air to water heat pumps;
- You represent quality in development projects and are responsible for quality planning and Quality Gate moderation;
- You execute field observation in international markets and coordinate with local service organizations;
- You lead and participate in problem solving processes to quickly resolve field quality issues;
- You work together with experts from development, production, logistics and many more in an international work environment.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Master/Bachelor of Engineering or natural sciences. Knowledge in electrical engineering is an advantage;
- Proactive, independent, communicative, assertive, drive for excellence;
- Analytical mindset, willing to take responsibility, solution oriented;
- Minimum 2-3 years of job experience, preferably in quality management;
- Experience in heating industry or with heat pumps are an advantage.
- Interest in developing environmentally friendly solution and drive their quality improvements;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
