HiJiffy is looking for an Onboarding Representative that will join the Customer Success team in welcoming, onboarding and training German-speaking clients.

If you have a customer-oriented mindset, have great attention to detail and are looking to start your career in Customer Success, this position might be what you’re looking for

**About the role**
- You will be responsible for the whole onboarding process for new clients;
- You will be the first point of contact for the client after a deal is closed;
- You will ensure a smooth and fast experience of onboarding of your clients.

**Key requirements**
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management;
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Previous hotel experience preferred;
- Fluent in English and Proficient in German;
- You have a customer-oriented mindset;
- You work well in a team and value collaboration;
- You’re reliable, self-motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality work;
- You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset;
- You’re self-motivated and have strong organisational skills;
- You’re comfortable working in a remote-first organisation.
