**Summary**

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

As an** Global Learning & Development **you will:

- Supporting Head of Learning & Development in specific projects to improve connectors learning experience.
- Support on L&D Newsletter, communication and LMS content.
- Train Trainers on courses
- Support SMI PMO on Selina Management program, planning, implementation and measurement of the program success.
- Design content and exercises for training programs in different modalities.
- Create or advice on how to create engaging and interactive content.
- Partner with content owners to obtain information for project planning
- Research content to create courses.
- Design classroom courses
- Design E-learning courses
- Keep attendance and other required records of the training sessions delivered.
- Review training evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in learning activities to keep updated on training contents and methodologies.

It only takes to be:

- Currently enrolled in the University studying business management, hospitality or related.
- Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period
- Ready to learn and have fun but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
- English proficiency is required. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew is a plus.

This will be unlike any other internship You’ll have fun, gain incredible experience, and learn constantly.
