- Within the “source to contract” and “purchase to pay” end-to-end processes, as Global NPR (non-project related) manager, and as a key member of the Global office services, you will drive the ambition, the policy and the governance of the newly created NPR sourcing activities, in the alignment of Global Business Services and the corporate strategy.
- You will proactively lead to the Procurement Excellence Roadmap (development and delivery to accelerate procurement maturity). This implies the design and implementation of the vision, policy and strategy of NPR activities, notably through the definition of the relevant NPR service catalog and the strategy of the categories that fit both corporate goals (cost, compliance, and ESG) and support the stakeholders’ strategic and operational needs.
- In your global role, you are responsible for NPR sourcing activities at the HQ level, while making sure that all these global categories work from a country perspective, considering all relevant local requirements.
- You will promote both internally (Global Business Services and Stakeholders) and externally (vendors management) the ambition, policy, and strategy of the Global NPR department.
- You will have to:

- o Define the overall strategy of the NPR department in alignment with (i) the corporate strategy, (ii) the global supply chain strategy, (iii) and directly contributing to the Stakeholders’ strategy and their transformational plans.
- Lead a 3-year category vision/strategy/plan/transformation with the ambition to deliver a “best-in-class” NPR organization; this organization will set the strategic priorities whilst balancing sustainability, risk, quality, operational, technical, legal & financial requirements and objectives.
- Build and lead a dedicated team of Category Managers and Buyers.
- Make sure that each of the categories’ strategy has a robust operational action plan to guarantee a proper implementation and monitoring throughout the whole organization.
- In collaboration with the Head of Support Functions and Cost Control, identify yearly procurement initiatives and targets that will be rolled-out and delivered by the NPR organization.
- You will fix the quantitative and qualitative targets and ensure that each category’s strategy is translated into yearly operational plans and monitoring reports that you will implement.
- Ensure the materialization of the targets and objectives: Lead strategic and critical negotiations (IFA, FA, RFI, RFP, RFQ ), while supporting and coaching your team whenever necessary.
- For each of the NPR categories, perform and maintain the maturity assessment in order to identify the risks and opportunities (rationalization of vendor panels when relevant, market and suppliers market intelligence, notably on ESG and innovations, cost & service offer modeling, etc.)
- Define, produce and monitor the relevant dashboard and KPIs so that the added value of the NPR department can be measured and demonstrated to the rest of the organization.
- Produce quarterly performance report to top management
- Work in close cooperation with our Global AP team and PO Factory team to structure the flow of information between “Purchase” to “Pay” and “Pay” to “Purchase”.- You also have a key role to play to define and implement the adequate NPR procedures and process in coordination with Group Supply Chain who owns the overall “source to contract” and “process to pay” processes, in the context whereby SBM is currently going through the implementation of its ERP (IFS), for which you will be an ambassador. As such you will ensure a constant interface with:
