Here at Krest you will integrate our growing technical department. As an Architect, you will have the ability to brief our architectural partners, helping Krest shape our final product. You will ensure that we make the most out of the services provided by our partners and you will step in to develop design solutions during construction. You will study the impact of our projects and assess them from a **People,** **Planet** and **Profit** perspective helping Krest meet our sustainability goals. Additionally, you will also operate as a project manager, ensuring good governance practices, as well as ensuring the right quality standards of all licensing deliverables, keeping an eye on the programme, risks and budget, and liaising directly with suppliers, namely designers, contractors, as well as final clients. Key responsibilities include: - **Partnering up with our Technical Lead **to deliver our projects - **Supporting **the construction team by finding and designing adequate solutions for project errors, omissions or ambiguities - **Supporting the Technical Lead **on the development of technical **due diligences**: - **Supporting the technical and sales departments** on the delivery and aftersales of our projects - **Providing advice **on the different phases of the design from the masterplan, to the allotment phase, from licensing to detail design, and construction - **Reviewing and approving architectural design **on each phase of the project ensuring a suitable level of detail and compatibility with the different MEP projects - **Partnering up with our Sales & Marketing department** to create attractive products for our clients - **Developing and implementing strategies** to meet Krest’s ESG KPIs - **Contractual Management **awareness, helping manage the responsibilities of each party during design and construction - **Supporting corporate housekeeping and compliance**: - **Informing proactively **on new legislation and legal developments **C O M P E T E N C I E S** - You are a Senior with a minimum **of 5 years of experience**: - You have **good language skills **(PT / ENG) - You strive by communicating effectively and building meaningful relationships with team members, partners and outside parties - You know that **Sustainability **is more than a buzzword, and you will develop and implement tools to meet our ESG KPIs - You keep Health and Safety at the heart of the operations - People can count on you - You have excellent knowledge of Portuguese design standards and regulations - You are a **crack at administration**.
