**YOUR ROLE**:

- **Provide 24/7 support, addressing incidents and technical issues for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams.**:

- **Develop and improve automation processes, monitoring systems, and alarms using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Prometheus.**:

- **Proficient in programming languages (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go) for system administration, scripting, and process automation.**:

- **Provide 24/7 support, addressing incidents and technical issues for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams.**:

- **Proven experience in system administration and support.**:

- **Expertise in scripting and automation.**:

- **Solid understanding of Cloud technologies and infrastructure.**:

- **Ability to handle troubleshooting under pressure and provide clear post-mortem analysis.**:

- **Familiarity with ITIL best practices and processes.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.**
