**Position Summary**

As an
**Order to Cash Junior Specialist** at
**NBS**, you will be responsible to analyze and solve claims and deductions raised by different stakeholders and to manage due and overdue balances on customer account and maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Reception, registering, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and Deductions raised by customers and/or internally;
- Analyze and check KPls on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
- Participate in KPls trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
- Credit and Debit note creation;
- Successful management of due and overdue balances on customer account, maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers;
- Respond to incoming collection concerns from the customer and internal stakeholders;
- Collection activities based on Market Collection Strategy;
- Responsible for issuing the invoices to the various companies of the group and sending regular reports of the billing statements.

**What will make you successful**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules);
- Fluent English level and fluency in one other European language;
- Good problem solving and analytical skills;
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required;
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast pace environment;
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness required.
