Job Overview
We are seeking
German, French, or Dutch-speaking Order to Cash Specialists
to join an international finance operations team based in Porto. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in
Accounting or Finance
who are looking to develop their career in a structured, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, from order validation to payment collection
  • Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliations
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue balances
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in the assigned language
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and deadlines
  • Support reporting activities and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • Fluency in German OR French OR Dutch (C1–C2 level)
  • English B2 level or higher
  • Background and hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, Order to Cash, or Accounts Receivable
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, international environment
