**Location: Ireland, Cong**

**Salary: €30,000 per year plus Service Charge.**

**About Us**:
Prestigious luxury hotel located in the heart of Ireland, renowned for its exquisite cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef de Partie, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced culinary team and contribute to the creation of memorable dishes for our guests.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

Assist in menu development and creation, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated section, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering to ensure sufficient supplies for service.

Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to maintain consistency and excellence in food production.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen.

Culinary qualifications or relevant training from a recognized culinary school or institution.

Strong culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development and presentation.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.

Eligible to work in Ireland.
