Role Overview

**We are looking for someone to**:

- Deliver all Travel Expenses and Pcard operations, and to manage the implementation of improvement plans according to the rules set up by the Process Manager & Process Experts

**We count on you to**:

- Monitor and control the performance & quality of service delivery while ensuring compliance with Group and local rules & regulations
- Perform basic transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction targets
- Ensure trusting partnership with customers (internal or external) by owning the resolution of their requests and to promote excellence in every interaction with our customers
- Strive for continuous improvement of activities, by submitting/generating Continuous Improvement (CI) ideas
- Deliver Procurement operations according to the service catalogue:

- Posting of expense reports
- Legitimacy check of expense reports
- Requests for corrections and their validation according to the standard procedures
- Travel&Expenses / Pcard administration basic activities

**You will bring**:

- University Degree in Accounting, FInance, Economics or related
- No previous experience needed
- Fluent in English
- Acute customer centricity
- Excellent relational skills
- Excel knowledge
