Our Expertise

We are looking for a** Senior PMO.**
**MAIN TASKS**:
- Lead your projects and organize the tasks and needs from and between the teams and regions.
- Ensure great communication and technical understanding; collect and manage priorities accordingly to management team indication; coordinate the relationship with business, functional and development teams; monitor and report effectively and visually the overall progress status in committees.
- Be responsible for the standardization and escalation of your project’s solution across the department (industrialization, methodology and training).
- Contribute to local and global governance committees.
- Build and present KPIs regularly regarding the evolution of the project.
- Be proactive and solution driven by proposing actions and new target depending on the evolution.
- Report to the top management the status during the monthly committees.
- Build a strong relationship with the managers in order to understand their needs and accompany them to the success of the project.
- Contribute to change management, involving teams impacted in the department transformation with clear communication, training and user guides.
- Support on the review of the training package by attending to them and collect the feedback from trainers and new joiners
- Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of the new joiners.
- Build strong KPIs and report.
- Manipule big amount of data.
- Create deck.
**YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS**:
- Excel.
- Experience of project management.
- Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- ** Hybrid role based in Porto.**
