Most restaurants and food businesses often have to choose between the steep costs of selling through delivery marketplace apps, and the complexity of setting up and running their own delivery operations.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kitch and our **Marketing** team. You will be responsible for creating and support the execution of our growth marketing strategy and lead our efforts to attract, engage and retain users, while making them our champions.
Your goal is to create, guide and operate our growth marketing culture and engine. Kitch works with different types of restaurants and offers different products to help them do delivery on their terms. Therefore, we are looking for a digital marketing leader who can create a culture, as well as the processes and execution, for relentless experimentation, where different strategies - from affiliate partnerships, to paid media, website optimization or content loops - will contribute to take Kitch and it’s different product to more and more restaurants across different markets.
You must be driven by data and direct results. Ensuring that we can track and measure performance across the different sales channels and digital initiatives we employ is the backbone we want to build to make sound decisions. If we want to engage in effective growth, we will need to constantly measure and collect data, so that we can constantly build, test, and iterate along the way.

**Responsibilities**:
- Land and own our digital marketing strategy, in close collaboration with the VP Marketing;
- Experiment and manage organic and paid acquisition channels and demand generation initiatives ;
- Own and manage affiliate partnerships and collaborative campaigns;
- Build transparency and traceability for all of our marketing initiatives - ensure that we can track the performance of different channels and tools;
- Prepare and monitor the digital marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Product and Engineering at Kitch;
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
- Experience in growing B2B SaaS companies;
- Experience with digital advertising and other forms of demand generation across major platforms;
- Strong and independent knowledge in Google Analytics;
- Extremely data-driven, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Excellent project management and communication skills;
- A jack of all trades - you can adapt and are unafraid of jumping into areas with which you are not experienced.
- Strong prioritization skills, and ability to focus on the most urgent tasks that require immediate attention at any point in time;
- Comfortable with leading teams.
